We are seeking a Bilingual Support Technician to join our team! Our entry-level program takes inexperienced future I.T. professionals and provides a helpdesk platform to master the basics. Based on your demonstrated skills, interests, and performance, this role can eventually evolve into our project management or software development internship programs.This job is a Full-Time positionWork Environment &amp; Schedule:<ul><li>Training Period: There is an initial training period of approximately 3 months.</li><li>Location: This role is a mix of in-office and remote work. Following the training period and based on individual progression, technicians generally work remotely when possible.</li><li>Shifts: This role requires overnight shifts (which are always remote) as well as weekend shifts. (Post Training Period)</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.</li><li>Provide customer training on products over the phone and occasionally on-site.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve product/technical issues over the phone and occasionally on-site.</li><li>Accurately document and update customer records based on interactions.</li><li>Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services.</li></ul>Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>Education: High School Diploma or GED</li><li>Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish</li><li>Location: Ability to commute to Grapevine, TX daily</li><li>Technical Skills: General working knowledge of the Windows operating system and basic networking.</li><li>Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a positive and professional demeanor, and the ability to prioritize and multitask.</li><li>Logistics: Reliable transportation and the ability/setup to work from home when required.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Certifications: CompTIA A+ or other applicable I.T. certifications are highly recommended.</li><li>Experience: While no experience is required, prior work in customer service or the computer/tech industry is a plus.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off (PTO)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English &amp; Spanish (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Grapevine, TX 76051 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
