IT Support Technician (Bilingual)

We are seeking a Bilingual Support Technician to join our team! Our entry-level program takes inexperienced future I.T. professionals and provides a helpdesk platform to master the basics. Based on your demonstrated skills, interests, and performance, this role can eventually evolve into our project management or software development internship programs.

This job is a Full-Time position

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Training Period: There is an initial training period of approximately 3 months.
• Location: This role is a mix of in-office and remote work. Following the training period and based on individual progression, technicians generally work remotely when possible.
• Shifts: This role requires overnight shifts (which are always remote) as well as weekend shifts. (Post Training Period)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Provide customer training on products over the phone and occasionally on-site.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/technical issues over the phone and occasionally on-site.
• Accurately document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Location: Ability to commute to Grapevine, TX daily
• Technical Skills: General working knowledge of the Windows operating system and basic networking.
• Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a positive and professional demeanor, and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Logistics: Reliable transportation and the ability/setup to work from home when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: CompTIA A+ or other applicable I.T. certifications are highly recommended.
• Experience: While no experience is required, prior work in customer service or the computer/tech industry is a plus.
