We are seeking motivated individuals passionate about healthcare, eager to learn, and committed to providing outstanding service.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist healthcare providers by documenting patient encounters accurately in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, including detailed notes on patient history, examination findings, and treatment plans.</li><li>Gather comprehensive patient information through intake procedures, including recording vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate, and temperature.</li><li>Support clinical workflows by preparing patients for examinations, administering medications as directed, and assisting with procedures like X-ray or minor surgical interventions.</li><li>Maintain thorough knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD coding (International Classification of Diseases), and medication administration protocols to ensure precise documentation and effective communication.</li><li>Provide exceptional patient service by addressing questions, explaining procedures clearly, and ensuring comfort throughout their visit.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience or familiarity with podiatry care is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.</li><li>Knowledge of EHR systems ( Modernizing Medicine )and medical administrative support processes is highly desirable.</li><li>Demonstrated understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD coding and medication administration enhances your ability to excel in this role.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail; excellent communication skills are essential for effective patient interaction and team collaboration.
