Location: Knoxville, TN (with travel required)Foothills Title Services is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and professional Executive / Personal Assistant to support the President of a fast-growing title agency. This role requires someone who can operate with discretion, urgency, and attention to detail while managing both business and personal support tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who is proactive, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information, travel coordination, scheduling, and project support with minimal supervision.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide direct administrative and personal support to the President</li><li>Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries</li><li>Be available to travel when needed (including overnight travel)</li><li>Manage calendar, appointments, and meeting scheduling</li><li>Assist with title, real estate, and business-related tasks and projects</li><li>Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion</li><li>Communicate with clients, attorneys, lenders, agents, and staff as needed</li><li>Assist with errands, logistics, and special projects</li><li>Track tasks and follow up to ensure deadlines are met</li><li>Help organize business activities, events, and meetings</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or office manager</li><li>Experience in real estate, title, lending, legal, or related field is a plus</li><li>Bilingual (English / Spanish) strongly preferred</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Professional communication skills (phone, email, in person)</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment</li><li>High level of reliability and discretion</li><li>Comfortable working directly with company leadership</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Opportunity to work directly with company leadership</li><li>Stable, growing company with strong reputation in the real estate industry</li><li>High-performance, professional work environment</li><li>Long-term career opportunity for the right candidate</li></ul>Pay: From $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
