Job TitleHR GeneralistLocation: East Windsor, NJ (On-site)Reports To: COO/CEOPosition SummaryThe HR Generalist supports day-to-day human resources operations and ensures HR policies, processes, and practices comply with applicable labor laws and company standards. This role plays a key part in employee lifecycle management, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration, in a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.</li><li>Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and assist with offer letters and employment agreements.</li><li>Manage new hire onboarding, orientation, and required documentation, ensuring completion of I-9, W-4, and other employment forms.</li></ul>HR Administration &amp; Records<ul><li>Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR systems and personnel files.</li><li>Track employee status changes, promotions, transfers, and terminations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with document retention policies and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Employee Relations &amp; Support<ul><li>Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.</li><li>Assist in resolving employee issues, concerns, and conflicts in a professional and confidential manner.</li><li>Support performance management processes, including review cycles and documentation.</li></ul>Compensation, Benefits &amp; Payroll Support<ul><li>Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.</li><li>Coordinate with payroll providers to ensure accurate payroll processing and timely resolution of discrepancies.</li><li>Support compensation-related data collection and reporting.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; HR Policies<ul><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA, etc.).</li><li>Support implementation and communication of HR policies, employee handbook updates, and SOPs.</li><li>Assist in HR-related audits, inspections, and internal reviews.</li></ul>Training &amp; Development<ul><li>Coordinate employee training programs, including GMP training, compliance training, and onboarding sessions.</li><li>Track training records and ensure employees meet mandatory training requirements.</li><li>Support learning and development initiatives and performance improvement plans.</li></ul>HR Metrics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare HR reports related to headcount, turnover, training, and compliance metrics.</li><li>Maintain HR dashboards and support data-driven decision-making.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with managers, QA, and Compliance teams to support a strong culture of accountability and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Participate in company-wide initiatives and HR projects as assigned.</li></ul>QualificationsEducation<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of HR experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environment.</li><li>Experience supporting recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.</li><li>Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll processes.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>High level of discretion and confidentiality.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.</li><li>Experience in GMP or FDA-regulated environments.</li><li>Experience supporting audits or inspections.</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Office-based role with regular interaction across departments.</li><li>May require occasional after-hours support during audits, inspections, or special projects.</li></ul>ForDoz Pharma Corp. is a specialty pharmaceutical company focusing on development, manufacturing, and commercialization of complex generic products (e.g. oncology and antifungal products) and improved existing products 505(b)(2).
