Whether working with infants, toddlers, or children with special needs, your positive impact will be felt every day.Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver attentive care to children of various ages, including infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times</li><li>Support childhood development through engaging activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional growth</li><li>Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, dressing, and nap times for young children</li><li>Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive behaviors and address challenges effectively</li><li>Collaborate with families and team members to create personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in accordance with health and safety regulations</li><li>Provide emergency first aid when necessary and be prepared to respond swiftly to any incidents or health concerns</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in childcare, daycare settings, babysitting, nannying, or early childhood education is highly preferred</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-appropriate activities</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR is required or willing to obtain upon hire</li><li>Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus</li><li>Strong communication skills for collaborating with families and team members</li><li>Ability to manage behavior effectively while maintaining a caring approach</li><li>Passion for nurturing children&rsquo;s growth and creating a positive environment for learning and development</li></ul>Join us in providing exceptional care that nurtures potential and creates joyful experiences for children!Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hourWork Location: In person
