Responsibilities
HR Support: Duties include data entry, some configuration, tracking, and ensuring employee compliance.<ul><li>
Oversight of employee onboarding</li><li>
Maintaining accurate employee records</li><li>
Oversight of performance management</li><li>
Payroll processing</li><li>
Strong knowledge of ADP&rsquo;s human resources and payroll online platform</li></ul> 
 
Financial Management Support: Duties include maintaining accurate financial records in QuickBooks.<ul><li>
Invoicing</li><li>
Accounts payable</li><li>
Accounts receivable.</li><li>
Prepare financial reports with QuickBooks</li><li>
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online</li></ul> 
Operational Support: Duties include exceptional customer service and troubleshooting<ul><li>
Phone reception</li><li>
Customer service</li><li>
Client compliance requirements</li><li>
Troubleshooting membership issues on Mindbody software</li><li>
Creation of marketing flyers using software</li><li>
Strong customer service skills required</li></ul> 
Administration: Maintaining an organized and well-run office.<ul><li>
Phone reception</li><li>
Mailing</li><li>
Bank deposits</li><li>
Inventory management</li><li>
Strong organization skills required</li></ul> 
Requirements<ul><li>
Fun, high-quality, and reliable attitude are required for this position</li><li>
Experience as an office manager in the service industry</li><li>
MS Office proficiency required</li><li>
QuickBooks proficiency required</li><li>
ADP software proficiency preferred</li><li>
Bookkeeping experience preferred</li><li>
Availability to work Full-time Monday 8am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch</li></ul>
