Responsibilities

HR Support: Duties include data entry, some configuration, tracking, and ensuring employee compliance.

  • Oversight of employee onboarding
  • Maintaining accurate employee records
  • Oversight of performance management
  • Payroll processing
  • Strong knowledge of ADP’s human resources and payroll online platform



Financial Management Support: Duties include maintaining accurate financial records in QuickBooks.

  • Invoicing
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable.
  • Prepare financial reports with QuickBooks
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online


Operational Support:
Duties include exceptional customer service and troubleshooting

  • Phone reception
  • Customer service
  • Client compliance requirements
  • Troubleshooting membership issues on Mindbody software
  • Creation of marketing flyers using software
  • Strong customer service skills required


Administration:
Maintaining an organized and well-run office.

  • Phone reception
  • Mailing
  • Bank deposits
  • Inventory management
  • Strong organization skills required


Requirements

  • Fun, high-quality, and reliable attitude are required for this position
  • Experience as an office manager in the service industry
  • MS Office proficiency required
  • QuickBooks proficiency required
  • ADP software proficiency preferred
  • Bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Availability to work Full-time Monday 8am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch


Job Type: Full-time
