<div>Here&rsquo;s what you&rsquo;ll be doing:
<ul>
<li>Support assigned divisions and departments as a business partner to the leaders in the areas of talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards, employee relations, policy interpretation, and investigations.</li>
<li>Support the employee population in assigned divisions and departments for career development, employee relations, policy interpretation and support for challenging situations.</li>
<li>Prepare, review, interpret, and analyze data that supports the creation of systemic HR improvements for the organization, employee engagement, and divisional improvements in leadership development.</li>
<li>Ensure standard operating procedures of client groups are aligned with HR policies and practices, FCP policies and in coordination with other division strategies.</li>
<li>Develop appropriate programmatic metrics to build accountability, measure results and optimize impacts of HR programs and initiatives.</li>
<li>Provide development and compliance training to the organization as needed.</li>
<li>Ensure client group employee effectiveness through recognition, coaching, counseling, skill advancement, performance evaluation, and corrective action. Ensure good leaders become great leaders.</li>
<li>Ensure all appropriate contracts and agreements are properly executed.</li>
<li>Serve as a mentor, coach, and positive role model for ethical behavior.</li>
</ul>
What you&rsquo;ll need to be successful:
<ul>
<li>Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field: Master&rsquo;s degree preferred with 2 years of field-related business partner experience; or bachelor&rsquo;s degree with 5 years of Human Resources leadership experience; or lesser education with 10 years of Human Resources experience.</li>
<li>Thorough understanding and experience with all aspects of Human Resources processes.</li>
<li>Desire to drive Forest County Potawatomi to the next level in Human Resources.</li>
<li>Ability to identify, analyze, disseminate, and develop creative response models to address client group issues and challenges.</li>
<li>Ability to utilize technology such as HRIS, ATS, as MS Office</li>
<li>Must successfully pass all applicable background checks and drug screens</li>
</ul>
Preferred qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience with systems selection, installation, and integration for HRIS, LMS, PMS, ATS, etc.</li>
</ul>
