Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care while assisting the dentist during various procedures. This position requires proficiency in dental assisting techniques and a strong understanding of dental clinic operations. If you are passionate about patient care and eager to contribute to a positive dental environment, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.</li><li>Prepare and maintain the treatment area, including sterilization of instruments and adherence to aseptic techniques.</li><li>Take and develop dental imaging as required, ensuring high-quality results for patient assessments.</li><li>Record vital signs and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Educate patients on post-operative care, oral hygiene practices, and treatment plans.</li><li>Manage inventory of dental supplies and ensure proper storage and organization within the clinic.</li><li>Support general dentistry practices, including endodontics and four-handed dentistry techniques.</li><li>Know how to assist various dental procedures, cleaning, SRPs, crowns, bridges, partial/complete dentures. implants, simple/surgical extractions, Invisalign, endo, pedo</li><li>Respect and listen to patients concerns. Have a warm and professional personality.</li><li>Come to work on time. Understand the value of team work.</li><li>Background check required. At least 2 years assisting experience minimum.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred, with knowledge of general dentistry practices.</li><li>Familiarity with endodontics and medical imaging systems is a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.</li><li>Ability to take vital signs accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient interaction and education.</li><li>Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.</li><li>A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Join our team as a Dental Assistant where you can make a difference in patients' lives while advancing your career in the dental field.
