Assistant HR Manager &ndash; Hotel Main Duties<ul><li>Employee Relations:</li></ul>Handle staff issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters; ensure positive workplace relations.<ul><li>Training &amp; Development:</li></ul>Organize staff training, including mandatory DTCM service, safety, and hygiene courses.<ul><li>Payroll &amp; Benefits:</li></ul>Process salaries (WPS), leaves, and end-of-service benefits accurately.<ul><li>HR Administration:</li></ul>Maintain up-to-date employee files, contracts, and records for audits.<ul><li>Compliance:</li></ul>Ensure hotel operations comply with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, and DTCM regulations.DTCM-Specific Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain staff records and property registration in the DTCM e-Permit system.</li><li>Ensure all guest-facing staff complete DTCM-approved training.</li><li>Assist during DTCM audits and inspections.</li></ul>Benefits: <ul><li>Aside from the Monthly salary, there will be an incentive monthly after 6 month probationary period.</li><li>Food will be provided for breakfast, lunch and dinner</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you well knowledgeable about UAE laws for the hospitality industry?</li><li>Are you well knowledgeable about UAE laws for the holiday homes industry?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>UAE : 7 years (Required)</li><li>HR Supervisory or HR Assistant Managerial: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Tagalog (Preferred)</li></ul>
