Assistant HR Manager – Hotel Main Duties

  • Employee Relations:

Handle staff issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters; ensure positive workplace relations.

  • Training & Development:

Organize staff training, including mandatory DTCM service, safety, and hygiene courses.

  • Payroll & Benefits:

Process salaries (WPS), leaves, and end-of-service benefits accurately.

  • HR Administration:

Maintain up-to-date employee files, contracts, and records for audits.

  • Compliance:

Ensure hotel operations comply with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, and DTCM regulations.

DTCM-Specific Responsibilities

  • Maintain staff records and property registration in the DTCM e-Permit system.
  • Ensure all guest-facing staff complete DTCM-approved training.
  • Assist during DTCM audits and inspections.

Benefits:

  • Aside from the Monthly salary, there will be an incentive monthly after 6 month probationary period.
  • Food will be provided for breakfast, lunch and dinner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
