Job Summary:
The HR & Admin Assistant Manager will support and manage human resources and administrative functions in the plastic manufacturing facility. The role ensures smooth HR operations, compliance with labor laws, employee engagement, recruitment, and efficient administration of office and plant operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and familiar with manufacturing environments.

(Candidates working outside Karnataka state is not preferred. Candidate should be from Karnataka state only, by birth and language proficiency in Karnataka language is must). Candidate should be from a manufacturing industry only

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees for production and office roles.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support performance management processes, appraisals, and training programs.
  • Assist in employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
  • Implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.

Administration:

  • Oversee administrative operations of the plant and office, including office supplies, logistics, and facility management.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
  • Manage office infrastructure, maintenance, and housekeeping services.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of administrative records.
  • Assist in planning company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Support management in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure workplace safety regulations are followed and coordinate with the safety officer for audits.
  • Support internal and external audits related to HR and administration.
  • Maintain statutory compliance for PF, ESI, labor licenses, and other government regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 6 to 9 years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments in Karnataka state
  • Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
  • Language proficiency in Kannada language is must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
