The Assistant HR Manager will support the HR Manager in overseeing daily HR operations and ensuring smooth implementation of company policies and procedures. This role involves handling, employee relations, documentation, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Manager in the day-to-day management of HR and admin activities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage onboarding, employee documentation, and HR records (both digital and physical).
  • Monitor staff attendance, leaves, and performance evaluation reports.
  • Support employee engagement, training, and development programs.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Coordinate with other departments for HR-related needs (e.g., transfers, renewals, etc.).
  • Handle employee queries and ensure consistent communication across departments.
  • Supervise and guide the admin support staff to ensure efficiency and compliance.
