Recruitment Manager

🚨 We’re Hiring – Recruitment Manager (Dubai) 🇦🇪

✨ Position Details:

📍 Location: Dubai (On-site)
💼 Experience: 3–4 Years
🕕 Working Days: 6 Days a Week
💰 Salary: AED 4000 – 5000 per month
🚀 Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
🗣️ Language: Hindi – Mandatory

Note:- Experience from recruitment agencies or consultancies is mandatory.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
✅ Post and manage job openings across multiple portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
✅ Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
✅ Conduct HR screening calls and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
✅ Work closely with management to achieve hiring targets.
✅ Support onboarding and documentation for selected candidates.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

⭐ 3–4 years of solid experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
⭐ Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms and recruitment tools.
⭐ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
⭐ Proficiency in MS Excel and ATS/recruitment trackers.
⭐ Must be fluent in Hindi and available to join immediately.
