Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and sophisticated Luxury Window Treatment Design Consultant to elevate our clients&rsquo; interior spaces with exquisite window coverings and treatments. In this role, you will combine your passion for interior aesthetics with expert knowledge of high-end window treatment products, providing personalized design solutions that enhance the ambiance and functionality of luxury homes and commercial spaces. Your energetic approach to customer engagement and keen eye for detail will drive sales, foster lasting client relationships, and showcase your talent in layout design, lighting, and renovation projects. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale retail environment where your creativity and sales expertise will shine.Responsibilities<ul><li>Engage with clients through inside and outside sales efforts to understand their unique needs and present tailored window treatment solutions.</li><li>Utilize SketchUp, CAD, or other design software to create detailed layouts and visualizations that showcase potential treatments within clients&rsquo; spaces.</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations and lighting design consultations to highlight the benefits of various high-end window coverings.</li><li>Manage client accounts efficiently, upselling complementary products such as lighting fixtures or remodeling services to maximize sales opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with clients during renovation or remodeling projects, offering expert advice on construction, maintenance, and installation processes.</li><li>Maintain excellent customer service by providing ongoing support, handling POS transactions, cash handling, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.</li><li>Organize merchandising displays and stock management to ensure an attractive presentation of products that aligns with luxury branding standards.</li><li>Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients while nurturing existing relationships through effective communication skills and multilingual capabilities if applicable.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in outside sales, high-end retail sales, or interior design consulting with a focus on luxury products.</li><li>Proficiency in SketchUp, CAD software, or similar layout design tools; lighting design experience is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to upsell premium products confidently.</li><li>Knowledge of renovation, remodeling, construction processes, and maintenance practices related to interior spaces.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems, retail math, merchandising principles, and product demos within a retail environment.</li><li>Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting dedicated to exceptional customer service.
