Luxury Window Treatment Design Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and sophisticated Luxury Window Treatment Design Consultant to elevate our clients’ interior spaces with exquisite window coverings and treatments. Responsibilities

• Engage with clients through inside and outside sales efforts to understand their unique needs and present tailored window treatment solutions.
• Utilize SketchUp, CAD, or other design software to create detailed layouts and visualizations that showcase potential treatments within clients’ spaces.
• Conduct product demonstrations and lighting design consultations to highlight the benefits of various high-end window coverings.
• Manage client accounts efficiently, upselling complementary products such as lighting fixtures or remodeling services to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients during renovation or remodeling projects, offering expert advice on construction, maintenance, and installation processes.
• Maintain excellent customer service by providing ongoing support, handling POS transactions, cash handling, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Organize merchandising displays and stock management to ensure an attractive presentation of products that aligns with luxury branding standards.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients while nurturing existing relationships through effective communication skills and multilingual capabilities if applicable.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, high-end retail sales, or interior design consulting with a focus on luxury products.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, CAD software, or similar layout design tools; lighting design experience is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to upsell premium products confidently.
• Knowledge of renovation, remodeling, construction processes, and maintenance practices related to interior spaces.
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with POS systems, retail math, merchandising principles, and product demos within a retail environment.
• Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
