The selected candidate will bring several years of progressively increasing responsibility, with a proven ability to track, manage, and achieve departmental performance objectives. This includes clear accountability for key performance indicators (KPIs) across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people metrics. The role requires strong cross-functional partnership with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Human Resources to drive overall department performance.

The successful candidate will lead through the establishment and sustainment of a disciplined lean management system that delivers consistent and predictable results. Own process capability and variation reductions across all manufacturing operations.

They will demonstrate the ability to design and implement robust QA/QC programs and manufacturing process controls to reduce product and process variation, while driving the continuous improvement of process methodologies.

Additionally, the candidate will ensure that Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) specifications are clearly defined, maintained, and consistently achieved. They will oversee the Corrective Action Request (CAR) system, ensuring timely, effective resolution of quality issues and the prevention of recurrence through structured problem-solving.

Technical Manager

As incredible as the diverse applications of our products is the opportunity for impressive and rewarding success we offer when you join us at our North American headquarters as an Intellectual Property Paralegal.Responsibilities include the following:<ul><li>Entirely responsible for all facets of domestic and international trademark filings, prosecution, renewals and maintenance, including related correspondence, monitoring and maintaining docket deadlines, and updating trademark docket.</li><li>Conduct and review trademark searches prior to use/filing; prepare analysis of usage/registration risk.</li><li>This role often involves direct interaction with business groups such as marketing, product development, and corporate legal teams, ensuring trademark strategies align with business goals.</li><li>Prepare, authenticate and/or legalize supporting trademark documentation on a global basis.</li><li>Prepare and file documents electronically with the U.S. Trademark Office</li><li>Extensive interaction with foreign associates, providing instructions regarding filing, prosecution, renewal and various other trademark issues.</li><li>Review and manage numerous invoices from foreign associates through electronic billing system (Legal Tracker)</li><li>Prepare License/Trademark Usage Agreements as needed.</li><li>Monitor incorrect and infringing trademark use and take action and/or follow up as needed.</li><li>Assist marketing department with review of marketing materials and press releases for adherence to branding standards.</li><li>Monitor potential infringing domain names; Evaluate and renew domain names on a quarterly basis.</li><li>Prepare Terms &amp; Conditions/Rules for marketing promotions and contests.</li><li>Maintain organized electronic and physical trademark files</li><li>General knowledge of patent prosecution processes and maintenance preferred.</li><li>Review various vendor and invoices to verify and confirm all charges.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>The successful candidate will possess a strong knowledge of trademark prosecution processes, both domestic and international, and have at least 10 years of experience as an intellectual property paralegal (focusing primarily on trademark law) in a law firm or corporate legal department.</li><li>Must have the ability to work independently and multitask, as well as be detail oriented with excellent communication (verbal and written) and proofreading skills. Based in Cincinnati, Ohio and reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the IT Leader will drive operational excellence and resilience while shaping and executing a North America modernization strategy in alignment with business priorities and ensuring operational continuity across mission-critical manufacturing systems. This role serves as a strategic partner to the leadership team, balancing operational excellence with modernization across infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, data, and digital capabilities.

<li>Lead the North America IT function and develop a clear technology roadmap that supports business growth, operational resilience, and long-term modernization.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Partner with executive and functional leaders to translate business priorities into technology initiatives, investment plans, and measurable outcomes.</li>
<li>Own the reliability, security, and performance of core technology services, including infrastructure, networks, end-user computing, enterprise applications, and support operations guided by the definition of metrics and improvement plans.</li>
<li>Strengthen cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity capabilities through governance, risk management, incident readiness, and continuous improvement.</li>

Qualifications and Experience
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in information technology, computer science, business, engineering, or a related field required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.</li>
<li>10+ years of progressive IT experience, including significant leadership responsibility across operations, applications, infrastructure, or digital transformation.</li>
<li>Proven experience aligning technology strategy with business priorities in a complex operating environment, ideally including manufacturing or industrial operations.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, vendor governance, and IT financial management.</li>
<li>Experience leading enterprise applications and integrated business systems such as ERP, manufacturing systems, analytics, and reporting platforms.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence senior stakeholders, manage change, and deliver cross-functional initiatives successfully.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of cloud services, modern infrastructure, data governance, and service delivery best practices.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics in a clear, practical, and business-oriented way.</li></ul>
