If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about shaping brand narratives, this opportunity is perfect for you!Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals, ensuring consistency across all platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.</li><li>Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand identity.</li><li>Manage daily social media activities using tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.</li><li>Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content planning and campaign adjustments.</li><li>Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) by integrating relevant keywords and hashtags to increase visibility organically.</li><li>Implement targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to reach specific demographics, track ad performance, and maximize return on investment.</li><li>Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design and video editing to produce visually compelling content that captures attention.</li><li>Monitor web analytics through Google Analytics and other tools to assess campaign effectiveness, website traffic, and user engagement metrics.</li><li>Collaborate with public relations teams to manage brand reputation online and respond promptly to customer inquiries or feedback.</li><li>Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels while managing relationships with influencers, partners, and community members.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital marketing strategies, e-commerce integrations, and platform algorithms to keep campaigns innovative.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns across multiple platforms.</li><li>Proficiency in social listening tools and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics for data-driven decision making.</li><li>Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (video editing), and other Adobe Creative Suite applications for content creation.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts and managing multiple accounts efficiently.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO best practices including keyword research, content optimization, and hashtag strategies to enhance organic reach.</li><li>Expertise in Facebook Advertising campaigns along with understanding of audience targeting and ad performance analysis.</li><li>Strong graphic design skills with an eye for branding consistency; familiarity with photography principles is a plus.</li><li>Excellent proofreading skills to ensure all content is polished, accurate, and aligned with brand voice.</li><li>Ability to manage relationships effectively with internal teams and external partners while maintaining a positive online presence.</li><li>Familiarity with social media marketing trends within e-commerce environments; understanding of digital marketing principles is advantageous.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.
