Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals, ensuring consistency across all platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand identity.
  • Manage daily social media activities using tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content planning and campaign adjustments.
  • Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) by integrating relevant keywords and hashtags to increase visibility organically.
  • Implement targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to reach specific demographics, track ad performance, and maximize return on investment.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design and video editing to produce visually compelling content that captures attention.
  • Monitor web analytics through Google Analytics and other tools to assess campaign effectiveness, website traffic, and user engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to manage brand reputation online and respond promptly to customer inquiries or feedback.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels while managing relationships with influencers, partners, and community members.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital marketing strategies, e-commerce integrations, and platform algorithms to keep campaigns innovative.

Skills

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in social listening tools and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics for data-driven decision making.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (video editing), and other Adobe Creative Suite applications for content creation.
  • Hands-on experience with Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts and managing multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices including keyword research, content optimization, and hashtag strategies to enhance organic reach.
  • Expertise in Facebook Advertising campaigns along with understanding of audience targeting and ad performance analysis.
  • Strong graphic design skills with an eye for branding consistency; familiarity with photography principles is a plus.
  • Excellent proofreading skills to ensure all content is polished, accurate, and aligned with brand voice.
  • Ability to manage relationships effectively with internal teams and external partners while maintaining a positive online presence.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing trends within e-commerce environments; understanding of digital marketing principles is advantageous.
