Fortis Easy Panel for Precast Building Manufacturing Co LLC

<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day site activities including layout, excavation, foundation, and panel erection works</li><li>Coordinate with site foremen, labour gangs, and subcontractors to ensure work progresses as per schedule</li><li>Conduct quality checks and ensure installation work complies with drawings, specifications, and UAE building codes</li><li>Take site measurements, verify levels/alignment, and report discrepancies to the project/design team</li><li>Monitor material consumption, wastage, and coordinate timely delivery of panels and consumables to site</li><li>Maintain daily progress reports, site diaries, and labour/equipment logs</li><li>Ensure HSE (Health, Safety &amp; Environment) protocols are followed on site at all times</li><li>Liaise with consultants/clients during site inspections and snagging</li><li>Support preparation of Progress Certificates and work-done measurements for billing</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of hands-on ground/site execution experience (civil construction, precast, or building works)</li><li>Prior UAE site experience strongly preferred</li><li>Working knowledge of AutoCAD and basic MS Office (Excel, Word)</li><li>Familiarity with precast panel installation is an added advantage</li><li>Valid UAE driving license preferred</li><li>Must be available to join immediately</li></ul>Key Skills<ul><li>Strong site coordination and problem-solving ability</li><li>Good communication skills (English; Hindi/Urdu a plus for labour coordination)</li><li>Ability to read and interpret structural/architectural drawings</li><li>Physically fit for site-based work in outdoor conditions</li></ul>Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
