Site Engineer

• Supervise day-to-day site activities including layout, excavation, foundation, and panel erection works
• Coordinate with site foremen, labour gangs, and subcontractors to ensure work progresses as per schedule
• Conduct quality checks and ensure installation work complies with drawings, specifications, and UAE building codes
• Take site measurements, verify levels/alignment, and report discrepancies to the project/design team
• Monitor material consumption, wastage, and coordinate timely delivery of panels and consumables to site
• Maintain daily progress reports, site diaries, and labour/equipment logs
• Ensure HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols are followed on site at all times
• Liaise with consultants/clients during site inspections and snagging
• Support preparation of Progress Certificates and work-done measurements for billing

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 2–3 years of hands-on ground/site execution experience (civil construction, precast, or building works)
• Prior UAE site experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and basic MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Familiarity with precast panel installation is an added advantage
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Must be available to join immediately

Key Skills

• Strong site coordination and problem-solving ability
• Good communication skills (English; Hindi/Urdu a plus for labour coordination)
• Ability to read and interpret structural/architectural drawings
• Physically fit for site-based work in outdoor conditions

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
