We&rsquo;re Hiring: Dispatcher Manager / Team LeaderWe&rsquo;re currently looking for an experienced Manager or Team Leader to oversee a team of 10+ dispatchers in a fast-paced trucking company environment.Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience working in the trucking industry only</li><li>Proven ability to lead and manage people effectively</li><li>Strong knowledge of dispatch operations, including how to load and assign trucks from dashboards and dispatch systems</li><li>Understanding of freight markets, rates, and lane planning</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions</li><li>Proficient with TMS systems, ELDs, and load tracking tools</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with driver management and scheduling</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Comfortable using chat and communication software</li><li>Focused on improving efficiency, maintaining service quality, and ensuring on-time performance</li></ul>If you are a motivated leader who knows the trucking world inside and out, we want to hear from you!Send your resume or contact me directly to discuss this opportunity.Pay: From $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
