Dispatcher Manager / Team Leader

We’re Hiring: Dispatcher Manager / Team Leader

We’re currently looking for an experienced Manager or Team Leader to oversee a team of 10+ dispatchers in a fast-paced trucking company environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in the trucking industry only
• Proven ability to lead and manage people effectively
• Strong knowledge of dispatch operations, including how to load and assign trucks from dashboards and dispatch systems
• Understanding of freight markets, rates, and lane planning
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions
• Proficient with TMS systems, ELDs, and load tracking tools

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with driver management and scheduling
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using chat and communication software
• Focused on improving efficiency, maintaining service quality, and ensuring on-time performance
