Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and confident Lead Generation &amp; Cold Calling Specialist to connect with potential clients, generate qualified leads, and contribute directly to our client&rsquo;s sales growth. The ideal candidate will engage with prospects through outbound calls, understand their needs, and convert them into potential business opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a results-driven attitude to achieve set targets.Key Responsibilities:Outbound Sales &amp; Lead Generation<ul><li>Conduct cold calls to potential clients from provided databases, campaigns, or referrals.</li><li>Present and promote the client&rsquo;s products or services in a professional and persuasive manner.</li><li>Qualify leads by identifying needs, interests, and purchase potential.</li><li>Maintain a high call volume and consistent follow-up with interested prospects.</li><li>Re-engage inactive or old leads to create new business opportunities.</li><li>Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team.</li></ul>Inbound Communication &amp; Lead Handling<ul><li>Respond to inbound inquiries via calls, emails, or web forms from potential clients.</li><li>Qualify inbound leads and guide them through the initial sales funnel.</li><li>Provide accurate information about company offerings, pricing, and service packages.</li><li>Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads to maximize engagement and conversion.</li></ul>Client Relationship &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with potential clients to foster trust and credibility.</li><li>Document all call details, leads, and communication notes in CRM software.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure lead quality and campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets as defined by management.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Intermediate or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree.</li><li>Experience: 6 months to 1 year in cold calling, lead generation, or sales.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Excellent English communication (verbal &amp; written).</li><li>Confident phone presence and persuasive communication style.</li><li>Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace or MS Office.</li><li>Understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification processes.</li></ul>Other Requirements:<ul><li>Must be willing to work onsite during night shift (6 PM &ndash; 3 AM) aligned with U.S. hours.</li><li>Target-driven mindset with excellent time management and self-discipline.</li><li>Positive attitude, team-oriented, and highly motivated toward achieving goals.</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Location: Onsite at Fortune IT Park, Lahore.</li><li>Shift: Night shift (6 PM &ndash; 3 AM).</li><li>Environment: Fast-paced, professional, and performance-driven workplace.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Lead Generation & Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:Inbound Communication &amp; Lead Handling<ul><li>Handle incoming calls, emails, and web inquiries from potential clients.</li><li>Qualify and convert leads into active opportunities by understanding client needs and offering suitable marketing solutions.</li><li>Provide accurate information about company services, pricing, and packages.</li><li>Follow up on inbound leads to ensure timely response and engagement.</li></ul>Outbound Sales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Make outbound calls to potential clients generated through marketing campaigns, databases, or referrals.</li><li>Present and pitch Fortune IT Park&rsquo;s marketing, digital, or outsourcing services (such as lead generation, call center support, and virtual staffing).</li><li>Schedule appointments or demos with interested prospects.</li><li>Follow up with warm leads and re-engage inactive or old clients to explore new opportunities.</li></ul>Client Relationship &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain a consistent follow-up routine to build trust and long-term relationships.</li><li>Document all client communications, leads, and conversions in CRM software.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.</li><li>Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management team.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.</li><li>Experience: 6 Month - 1 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or client acquisition (preferably in a marketing or BPO environment).</li><li>U.S. campaign or agency experience will be a strong advantage.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Excellent English communication (verbal and written).</li><li>Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.</li><li>Confident phone presence and positive customer handling attitude.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, or MS Office.</li><li>Ability to understand marketing concepts and explain them to clients effectively.</li></ul>Other Requirements:<ul><li>Must be willing to work onsite during night shift (6 PM &ndash; 3 AM).</li><li>Target-driven mindset with strong time management and discipline.</li><li>Team player with a proactive and professional work ethic.</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Onsite role at Fortune IT Park office, Lahore.</li><li>Night shift (6 PM &ndash; 3 AM) aligned with U.S. working hours.</li><li>Professional, fast-paced, and performance-oriented environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
