Job Summary:
Fortune IT Park is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Content Strategy Manager to drive our content marketing initiatives and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a skilled marketer who utilizes content as a strategic tool, not just a creator. You will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies, analyzing performance data, and managing external creators to ensure high-quality content that drives leads, SEO rankings, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy Development: Create and implement content strategies aligned with business goals such as lead generation, customer retention, and pipeline growth.
• Data Analysis & ROI: Track and measure content performance (engagement, traffic, conversions) using Google Analytics and CRM tools to assess ROI and optimize future campaigns.
• Lead Generation: Develop, manage, and optimize gated content (whitepapers, case studies, eBooks) to nurture and convert leads.
• Content Operations & Outsourcing: Oversee editorial calendar, manage content creation by internal or external writers, and ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
• Market & Competitor Research: Conduct audience and competitor research to identify content opportunities and gaps.
• SEO & Conversion Optimization (CRO): Optimize content for SEO and improve conversion rates to drive actionable outcomes from website visitors.

Compensation:
PKR 100,000 to 120,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content strategy and marketing, with a focus on performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content management systems (CMS), and CRM tools.
• Experience with lead generation strategies and content optimization.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage external content creators and freelancers.
