Creative Content Manager (Female)

We are seeking a female Creative Manager to spearhead our content strategy and storytelling. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating content/Videos that resonates with Gen Z, millennials, and diverse audiences. She will be our face for NEON Square in social media videos.

Job Description:

• Act as the face/host in video and social media content.
• Develop and execute innovative, viral content ideas to promote Neon Square and its food outlets across digital platforms.
• Conduct quick, effective R&D on audience segments to tailor content strategies.
• Provide creative direction and guidance to graphic designers, ensuring designs reflect a modern, sophisticated aesthetic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and impactful storytelling.
• Stay updated with content trends, emerging platforms, and audience preferences to keep Neon Square ahead of the curve.

Requirement:

• Strong insight into diverse audiences, particularly Gen Z and millennials.
• Confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera.
• Proven ability to ideate and deliver out-of-the-box creative campaigns.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in social media content creation, brand storytelling, or creative management.
• Experience directing and guiding design teams to achieve visually engaging content.
• A keen aesthetic sense with an eye for detail and innovation.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
