Marketing Executive – Social Media & Ads Campaign

Job Overview

Ravisn LTD is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead our digital marketing initiatives. This role focuses on building vibrant social media communities, running high-performing paid ad campaigns, and crafting viral content strategies that drive brand growth.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, engagement strategies, and performance marketing to grow brands organically and via paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Viral Content Creation

• Generate viral content ideas for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Spot trends early and transform them into engaging content
• Guide video editors, designers, and content creators
• Ensure consistent output of high-engagement creative content

Social Media & Community Management

• Manage and grow all social media platforms
• Build and engage active online communities
• Monitor audience interactions and analyze behavior
• Implement strategies to boost followers, engagement, and brand visibility

Paid Advertising

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google ad campaigns
• Track key performance metrics: ROI, CPA, CTR, and conversions
• Scale campaigns that deliver measurable results

Content Strategy & Branding

• Develop monthly content calendars
• Create brand storytelling strategies that resonate with audiences
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels

Team Leadership

• Lead the marketing team including designers, editors, and sales support staff
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams
• Set marketing KPIs and performance goals

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–8 years of experience in digital or social media marketing
• Proven experience creating viral content
• Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Strong creative thinking and trend awareness
• Team leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and branding skills
• Agency or performance marketing experience is a plus
• Viral content portfolio or past campaign results highly desirable

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM
