Social Media Marketing (Fresh)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Social Media Manager with at least 1 year of experience to develop and execute social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and basic graphic design skills to produce high-quality visuals for campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management

Develop and execute social media content plans across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Schedule, publish, and manage posts using social media management tools.

Monitor industry trends and competitors to optimize strategy.

Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and manage community interactions.

Content Creation & Graphic Design

Design eye-catching graphics, infographics, and promotional materials using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.

Create short-form videos and reels for social media engagement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure branding consistency.

✅ Analytics & Performance Tracking

Track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) and prepare performance reports.

Use insights to optimize campaigns for better results.

✅ Ad Campaigns & Promotions

Assist in setting up paid social media ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

Monitor ad performance and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ 1+ year of experience in social media management and content creation.

✔ Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

✔ Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator).

✔ Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).

✔ Strong copywriting skills for captions, posts, and ad copies.

✔ Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).

✔ Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.

✔ Ability to stay updated on trends, algorithms, and best practices.
