 About the Role
 
 
 
 We are looking for an experienced
 
 PPP Senior Manager/Director
 
 to join our Government &amp; Infrastructure Advisory team. The ideal candidate will have
 
 10+ years of experience
 
 in PPP transaction structuring, financial modelling, and advisory for government sector infrastructure projects. This role involves working closely with central/state government clients, managing PPP transactions end-to-end, and ensuring delivery of commercially viable, bankable project structures.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead PPP transaction advisory assignments from conceptualisation to financial closure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and review detailed financial models for infrastructure projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise on PPP structuring, procurement strategy, bid process management, and concession agreements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage stakeholder engagement with government agencies, investors, and lenders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare RfQ, RfP, concession agreements, and evaluation reports.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 MBA (Finance)
 
 or equivalent (CA/CFA/PGDM).
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 10 years of relevant experience
 
 in PPP transaction advisory, with strong financial modelling skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience with government clients, multilateral agencies, and large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
 </li>
 </ul>

 Expertise in PPP policies, MCA guidelines, and sectoral regulations.
 </li>
