Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior HR Manager to drive people-centric initiatives and partner with leadership to strengthen organizational culture and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- HR Business Partnering: Partner with business leaders on talent strategy, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.

- Diversity & Inclusion: Lead D&I initiatives to foster equity and belonging across the firm.

- Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation benchmarking, retention, and reward frameworks (excluding payroll).

- Performance Management: Drive end-to-end PMS, coach managers, and align with business goals.

- CSR: Conceptualize and execute CSR programs in line with company values.

- Learning & Development: Design and deliver impactful soft-skills training to build leadership and employee capability.

What Were Looking For

- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute.

- 8-12 years of HR experience with strong exposure to HRBP, C&B, PMS, D&I, and CSR.

- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical ability, and a passion for people development.
