We're seeking a Performance Ads Executive to own and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for driving measurable growth through data-driven campaign management and continuous optimization.What You'll Be Responsible ForCampaign Management &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms</li><li>Monitor daily campaign performance, making real-time adjustments to maximize ROI and achieve target KPIs</li><li>Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for ad copy, creative, audiences, and landing pages</li><li>Scale successful campaigns while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Create comprehensive performance reports analyzing campaign metrics, trends, and insights</li><li>Track and report on key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates</li><li>Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders</li><li>Maintain organized documentation of campaign performance, learnings, and best practices</li></ul>Multichannel Growth<ul><li>Build and expand our multichannel performance marketing engine across platforms</li><li>Identify and test new audience segments, ad formats, and campaign strategies</li><li>Develop scalable processes and frameworks that support business growth</li><li>Stay current on platform updates, new features, and industry best practices</li></ul>Creative Execution<ul><li>Work with the design team on ad creative development and provide direction based on performance data</li><li>Create and edit basic ad assets using Canva, Photoshop, and video editing tools</li><li>Quickly iterate on creative variations to support testing initiatives</li><li>Maintain a library of high-performing creative assets and templates</li></ul>Process Documentation<ul><li>Document campaign structures, workflows, and optimization processes</li><li>Build standard operating procedures that enable scalability</li><li>Create templates and frameworks for repeatable success</li><li>Share learnings and insights with the broader team</li></ul>RequirementsExperience &amp; Skills<ul><li>1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance marketing KPIs</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously</li><li>Excellent execution skills with a focus on delivering results</li></ul>Technical Proficiency<ul><li>Expert knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager platforms</li><li>Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools</li><li>Working knowledge of Canva for ad creative development</li><li>Basic Photoshop skills for image editing and optimization</li><li>Basic video editing capabilities for ad content creation</li><li>Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis</li></ul>Professional Attributes<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of outcomes</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li><li>Team player who collaborates effectively with cross-functional stakeholders</li></ul>What Success Looks LikeIn Your First 30 Days:<ul><li>Take ownership of existing campaigns and identify optimization opportunities</li><li>Understand our products, target audiences, and business objectives</li><li>Establish reporting frameworks and campaign documentation standards</li><li>Begin implementing quick-win optimizations</li></ul>In Your First 90 Days:<ul><li>Consistently meet or exceed campaign performance targets</li><li>Launch new campaigns and testing initiatives independently</li><li>Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis</li><li>Establish scalable processes for campaign management and reporting</li></ul>Ongoing:<ul><li>Drive continuous improvement in campaign performance and efficiency</li><li>Build and document scalable systems for growth</li><li>Contribute strategic insights that inform broader marketing decisions</li><li>Expand our performance marketing capabilities across channels</li></ul>Working Arrangements<ul><li>Location: Full-time, in-office position</li><li>Work Schedule: Standard business hours with flexibility as needed for campaign management</li><li>Reporting: Direct collaboration with the marketing leadership team</li><li>Team Environment: Collaborative, results-oriented workplace</li></ul>Our Approach to HiringWe believe in evaluating candidates based on their ability to deliver results and contribute to our team culture.
