We're seeking a Performance Ads Executive to own and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for driving measurable growth through data-driven campaign management and continuous optimization.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
- Monitor daily campaign performance, making real-time adjustments to maximize ROI and achieve target KPIs
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for ad copy, creative, audiences, and landing pages
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics
Analytics & Reporting
- Create comprehensive performance reports analyzing campaign metrics, trends, and insights
- Track and report on key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates
- Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders
- Maintain organized documentation of campaign performance, learnings, and best practices
Multichannel Growth
- Build and expand our multichannel performance marketing engine across platforms
- Identify and test new audience segments, ad formats, and campaign strategies
- Develop scalable processes and frameworks that support business growth
- Stay current on platform updates, new features, and industry best practices
Creative Execution
- Work with the design team on ad creative development and provide direction based on performance data
- Create and edit basic ad assets using Canva, Photoshop, and video editing tools
- Quickly iterate on creative variations to support testing initiatives
- Maintain a library of high-performing creative assets and templates
Process Documentation
- Document campaign structures, workflows, and optimization processes
- Build standard operating procedures that enable scalability
- Create templates and frameworks for repeatable success
- Share learnings and insights with the broader team
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance marketing KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent execution skills with a focus on delivering results
Technical Proficiency
- Expert knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager platforms
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools
- Working knowledge of Canva for ad creative development
- Basic Photoshop skills for image editing and optimization
- Basic video editing capabilities for ad content creation
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis

- Launch new campaigns and testing initiatives independently

- Drive continuous improvement in campaign performance and efficiency
- Build and document scalable systems for growth
- Contribute strategic insights that inform broader marketing decisions
- Expand our performance marketing capabilities across channels
Working Arrangements
- Location: Full-time, in-office position
- Work Schedule: Standard business hours with flexibility as needed for campaign management
