Location: Hybrid — split between office (North Delhi) and remote work
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns in collaboration with project managers.
Coordinate with schools, vendors, clients, and partners to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
Maintain and organize project data, documentation, and reports using Google Sheets, Drive, and CRM tools.
Oversee logistics, including order tracking, shipments, and partner communications.
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or client servicing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing tasks independently.
Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace and CRM/project management software.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
