We are a growing pediatric primary care practice built around time, trust, and choice.Our model is intentionally different from high-volume pediatrics:<ul><li>Longer visits</li><li>Fewer patients per hour</li><li>Strong parent education</li><li>Shared decision-making</li><li>No pressure or judgment</li></ul>We serve families who value thoughtful care, clear communication, and having a provider who actually listens.Who We&rsquo;re Looking ForWe&rsquo;re seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who:<ul><li>Enjoys relationship-based care</li><li>Is comfortable with parent choice and informed consent</li><li>Communicates calmly and confidently with families</li><li>Prefers quality over volume</li><li>Wants to grow with a modern, flexible pediatric practice</li></ul>This role is ideal for an NP who feels constrained in traditional pediatrics and wants to practice medicine the right way.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide pediatric primary care for infants, children, and adolescents</li><li>Conduct well-child exams and sick visits</li><li>Deliver care via in-person visits and telehealth</li><li>Educate parents and caregivers using evidence-based medicine</li><li>Support shared decision-making and document informed consent appropriately</li><li>Collaborate with supervising physician as needed</li><li>Maintain clear, thorough documentation</li><li>Provide parents a safe space to allow for a delayed schedule or no vaccines if desired</li></ul>What We Do Not Do<ul><li>No rushed 10-minute visits</li><li>No pressure-based care</li><li>No productivity quotas</li><li>No vaccine coercion</li></ul>(We do provide education and document decisions carefully.)Schedule Details<ul><li>Approximately 10-35 hours per week, several schedules available</li><li>Weekday schedule</li><li>Predictable, consistent clinic days</li><li>Telehealth hours available from home as well</li><li>Opportunity to increase hours as the practice grows</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Active Nurse Practitioner license (PA)</li><li>Pediatric or Family NP certification</li><li>Comfortable managing common pediatric conditions independently</li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills</li><li>Aligned with a parent-choice, education-first philosophy</li></ul>Why This Role Is Different<ul><li>Families are grateful, not rushed or frustrated</li><li>You&rsquo;ll practice medicine with autonomy and support</li><li>Leadership is accessible and collaborative</li><li>Growth opportunities as we expand locations and services</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $65.00 - $85.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
