Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who:
- Enjoys relationship-based care
- Is comfortable with parent choice and informed consent
- Communicates calmly and confidently with families
- Prefers quality over volume
- Wants to grow with a modern, flexible pediatric practice
This role is ideal for an NP who feels constrained in traditional pediatrics and wants to practice medicine the right way.
Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric primary care for infants, children, and adolescents
- Conduct well-child exams and sick visits
- Deliver care via in-person visits and telehealth
- Educate parents and caregivers using evidence-based medicine
- Support shared decision-making and document informed consent appropriately
- Collaborate with supervising physician as needed
- Maintain clear, thorough documentation
- Provide parents a safe space to allow for a delayed schedule or no vaccines if desired
What We Do Not Do
- No rushed 10-minute visits
- No pressure-based care
- No productivity quotas
- No vaccine coercion
(We do provide education and document decisions carefully.)
Schedule Details
- Approximately 10-35 hours per week, several schedules available
- Weekday schedule
- Predictable, consistent clinic days
- Telehealth hours available from home as well
- Opportunity to increase hours as the practice grows
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license (PA)
- Pediatric or Family NP certification
- Comfortable managing common pediatric conditions independently
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Aligned with a parent-choice, education-first philosophy

Pay: $65.00 - $85.00 per hour
