At Foundations First, you&rsquo;re not just fixing foundations&mdash;you&rsquo;re building a lasting career.Learn more at www.foundationsfirstnw.comKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of crew members on residential foundation repair projects.</li><li>Manage day-to-day site activities, including job setup, equipment, materials, and schedules.</li><li>Communicate daily with leadership regarding project progress, challenges, and milestones.</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of job site safety.</li><li>Oversee and perform hands-on work alongside the team&mdash;this is a working foreman role.</li><li>Coordinate and manage site logistics, deliveries, and material handling.</li><li>Conduct job site quality checks and ensure all work meets company standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of job activities, timesheets, and material usage.</li><li>Provide training and guidance to crew members to improve performance and skill development.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of experience in construction, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.</li><li>High school diploma or GED preferred.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret job site instructions and perform hands-on physical labor.</li><li>Must be comfortable with tight spaces (underneath home in some cases)</li><li>Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate clearly with team members and management.</li><li>Strong communication in both working with your team internally, working directly with management, and working with our clients.</li><li>Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and team collaboration.</li><li>Must have valid drivers license and insurable record to drive company vehicle.</li><li>No specific licenses or certifications required.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Semi monthly pay schedule.</li><li>Monday-Thursday, sometimes Fridays</li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.</li><li>Paid Time Off &ndash; vacation/sick leave</li><li>Per diem provided for travel projects.</li><li>Uniforms provided.</li><li>All tools provided</li><li>Opportunities for advancement and professional development.</li><li>Work-life balance and a supportive, team-oriented culture.</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Monday to Thursday, sometimes Fridays</li><li>40+ Hours a week</li><li>Full-time; occasional regional travel required.</li></ul>Location<ul><li>Based in the greater Northwest region &ndash; on-site at residential job sites.</li><li>Travel to regional project locations required; per diem provided.</li></ul>Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) StatementWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
