Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of crew members on residential foundation repair projects.
• Manage day-to-day site activities, including job setup, equipment, materials, and schedules.
• Communicate daily with leadership regarding project progress, challenges, and milestones.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of job site safety.
• Oversee and perform hands-on work alongside the team—this is a working foreman role.
• Coordinate and manage site logistics, deliveries, and material handling.
• Conduct job site quality checks and ensure all work meets company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of job activities, timesheets, and material usage.
• Provide training and guidance to crew members to improve performance and skill development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret job site instructions and perform hands-on physical labor.
• Must be comfortable with tight spaces (underneath home in some cases)
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Strong communication in both working with your team internally, working directly with management, and working with our clients.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and team collaboration.
• Must have valid drivers license and insurable record to drive company vehicle.
• No specific licenses or certifications required.

• Monday to Thursday, sometimes Fridays
• 40+ Hours a week
• Full-time; occasional regional travel required.

Location

• Based in the greater Northwest region – on-site at residential job sites.
• Travel to regional project locations required; per diem provided.
