Foundations Recovery Network, is seeking an experiencedhandyman to be responsible for performing a variety ofmaintenance and repair tasks in our sober living homes,ensuring that our homes and equipment are in good workingcondition. We have openings in Pueblo, Ft. Collins and theDenver metro area.Some of the Key Responsibilities include,&#61623; General Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs,including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.&#61623; Repairs: Fix broken fixtures, appliances, and equipment, ensuring theyoperate safely and efficiently.&#61623; Installation: Install new appliances, fixtures, and equipment as needed,including lighting, and plumbing fixtures.&#61623; Cleaning and Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in workareas, including outdoor spaces, ensuring a safe environment for clientsand staff.&#61623; Client Interaction: Respond to maintenance requests from clients in atimely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.&#61623; Documentation: Keep records of maintenance and repair workperformed, including expenses and materials used, and report anymajor issues to management.Skills and Qualifications&#61623; Technical Skills: Proficiency in a variety of repair and maintenancetasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.&#61623; Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues anddetermine effective solutions.&#61623; Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks,including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.&#61623; Communication: Good verbal communication skills to interact withclients and team members effectively.&#61623; Experience: Seeking candidates with at least 1 year of experience inmaintenance or handyman roles. Qualified entry-level candidates maybe considered.&#61623; Tools: It is preferred that a basic set of hand and power tools beavailable. Reliable transportation is essential to allow work at variouslocations across the metro area.Work Environment&#61623; Our handymen work primarily in a residential setting. There will be somework in commercial buildings, and outdoor environments. The role mayrequire working at heights, in confined spaces, or in varying weatherconditions.&#61623; This job description provides an overview of the handyman role,highlighting the essential duties and skills required for success in thisposition.Wage will start in the $20 - $25 range depending on experience.
