Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Your expertise in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, and mechanical maintenance will be vital in maintaining a safe, efficient, and reliable environment. Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, appliances, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair various mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools.
• Conduct service technician tasks including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical failures across diverse equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to accurately identify issues and implement solutions.
• Lead maintenance projects involving construction activities or equipment upgrades while adhering to safety standards.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities for compliance and future reference.
• Assist in training team members on proper maintenance procedures and safety protocols.

Experience

• Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints effectively.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and refrigerants.
• Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair, construction projects, and general maintenance tasks.
• Leadership experience in supervising or mentoring junior technicians is a plus.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and safety regulations related to maintenance work.
