Open bartending shifts include: Friday 12:30-8PM, Sunday 12:30-8PM, Monday 12:30-8pm and Tuesday 6:30 AM-2PM</p><p>
Full time position offers benefits and accrued time oof and paid Holidays</p><ul><li>
Take orders, serve food and beverages to guests in an efficient and timely manner.
</li><li>Operate a cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
</li><li>Organize and account for product and supplies and ensure food and beverage quality.
</li><li>Rotates and re-stocks products in checklist provided and discards perishable items
</li><li>Report any quality or waste issues to Manager.
</li><li>Complete all required opening and closing procedures on the check list provided.
</li><li>Knowledge of bartending and serving alcoholic beverages in accordance with State law.
</li><li>Assist golfers with all food and beverage needs, as necessary.
</li><li>Keep Snack Bar area in clean order throughout the day and clean fully at end of shift.
</li><li>All trash inside and outside is to be properly disposed of during and at the end of shift.
</li><li>Secure all keys in proper designated location at the end of the shift.
</li><li>Report any equipment issues to Manager or Pro Shop.
</li><li>Provide the highest level of customer service to all guests.
</li><li>Promote a positive relationship with team members in all departments and divisions.
</li>Additional duties as assigned such as food preparation and light cooking.<br>

</p></div><div><ul><li>Actively demonstrate, encourage, and model safety rules and guidelines in accordance with company, state, and federal law requirements.</li><li>
Report safety or hazard concerns to management.</li><li>
Report any work-related injury to management.</li><li>
Take personal responsibility for safety every day.</li><li>
Must wear slip resistant shoes</li></ul><p>

</div><div><p><b>Qualification-Requirements Experience - Education</b></p><div><br>
<ul><li>
Previous food &amp; beverage experience preferred.</li><li>
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.</li><li>
Must have positive attitude and be able to meet public in a friendly, courteous manner.</li><li>
Ability to stand throughout duration of shift and lift minimum of 30 lbs.</li></ul><ul><li>
Understanding of internal controls.</li></ul><ul><li>
Ability to interact well with others in a team environment.</li></ul><p>
Have or obtain upon hire the SCDOR alcohol certification and food handlers certification</p></div></div></p>
