Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate AZ licensed Caregiver to provide essential support in our 27-bed assisted living center.Shifts include: Sunday &amp; Friday 6am-2pm; Monday &amp; Saturday 6am-6pmThe ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting residents with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being while respecting their rights and dignity. This role requires a strong commitment to caregiving and the ability to perform various tasks that may include heavy lifting.Duties<ul><li>Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.</li><li>Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with nursing staff.</li><li>Administer medications as prescribed and ensure compliance with medication schedules.</li><li>Prepare nutritious meals while accommodating dietary restrictions and preferences.</li><li>Support residents in participating in recreational activities and social events.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe living environment for all residents.</li><li>Uphold resident rights by fostering an atmosphere of respect and dignity.</li><li>Provide direct support to residents in daily living activities, promoting independence.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>At least 3 years of experience as a licensed caregiver is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with care plans and medication administration is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for resident assistance.</li><li>Knowledge of resident rights and advocacy principles is beneficial.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.</li></ul>If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and possess the necessary skills to thrive as an assisted living Caregiver, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Caregiving: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Mesa, AZ 85213 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
