Your enthusiasm and expertise will help cultivate a love for learning while promoting academic excellence and social-emotional growth.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards in literacy, math, science, and social studies</li><li>Utilize learning technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and understanding</li><li>Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management strategies and classroom management techniques</li><li>Assess student progress regularly using standardized testing, formative assessments, and informal evaluations to tailor instruction accordingly</li><li>Provide tutoring and additional support to students who need extra help in areas such as literacy education, math, or special education needs</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support early childhood education initiatives and individualized education plans (IEPs)</li><li>Incorporate library services and resources to enrich lessons and promote independent learning skills</li><li>Mentor new teachers or interns, sharing best practices in classroom management, curriculum development, and working with children with autism or other special needs</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Education or a related field; advanced certifications preferred</li><li>Valid teaching license or certification for elementary education (2nd - 5th grade)</li><li>Proven classroom experience with children in elementary grades; private school experience is a plus</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and staff</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies</li><li>Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and standardized testing procedures</li><li>Familiarity with working with children with diverse needs including special education or autism spectrum disorder</li><li>Proficiency in using learning technology tools and digital resources for instruction</li><li>Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities including childcare duties and extracurricular activities</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication transforms lives!
