 About the Role:
 
 
 
 As a Business Developer, you'll be the
 
 driving force behind our client acquisition efforts
 
 . From identifying leads to pitching solutions, closing deals, and supporting the initial onboarding process&mdash;you&rsquo;ll help expand our client base and unlock growth opportunities for both Four Brand and our clients.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Client Acquisition &amp; Sales

 Research and identify potential leads across relevant industries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reach out to prospects through various channels (LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals).
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct discovery meetings to understand client pain points and position Four Brand&rsquo;s services effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare tailored proposals and pitch presentations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate contracts and close deals confidently.
 </li>

 Business Growth &amp; Onboarding
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Share client goals with the strategy and execution teams to kickstart the project effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor the early stages of the relationship to ensure satisfaction and spot upselling opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines using tools like Zoho, ClickUp.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 2+ year of experience in business development or sales in a marketing agency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of digital marketing solutions (branding, social media, content, ads, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Organized and strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable using CRM and task management tools (Zoho, ClickUp, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English (spoken and written).
 </li>
