Four Brand | The Digital Elevator is a creative marketing agency on a mission to elevate ambitious brands through innovative strategies and impactful marketing. We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who’s passionate about growing client portfolios, closing deals, and helping brands reach new heights.


About the Role:

As a Business Developer, you'll be the driving force behind our client acquisition efforts . From identifying leads to pitching solutions, closing deals, and supporting the initial onboarding process—you’ll help expand our client base and unlock growth opportunities for both Four Brand and our clients.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Acquisition & Sales

  • Research and identify potential leads across relevant industries.
  • Reach out to prospects through various channels (LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals).
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client pain points and position Four Brand’s services effectively.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and pitch presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals confidently.


Business Growth & Onboarding

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Share client goals with the strategy and execution teams to kickstart the project effectively.
  • Monitor the early stages of the relationship to ensure satisfaction and spot upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines using tools like Zoho, ClickUp.


Requirements:


  • 2+ year of experience in business development or sales in a marketing agency.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing solutions (branding, social media, content, ads, etc.).
  • Organized and strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable using CRM and task management tools (Zoho, ClickUp, etc.).
  • Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English (spoken and written).
