To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for new Strategy and Growth Specialist:


Job purpose:

Act as the Single Point of Contact for the Egypt business, leading cross-functional alignment and the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across CP and CNP channels, while ensuring timely execution, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business and financial objectives.


Key accountabilities and decision ownership: (max of 7 accountabilities not main or daily duties or tasks)

  • Act as the Single Point of Contact for the Egypt business team, ensuring cross-functional alignment and effective communication across internal teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of critical business initiatives and product features, from project initiation to final implementation.
  • Collaborate with Product Delivery teams to plan releases across Card Present (CP) and Card Not Present (CNP) channels.
  • Identify and address business requirements and potential delivery roadblocks by working closely with stakeholders in Product, Delivery, and Technology.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely delivery timelines for business stakeholders across all initiatives.
  • Lead the preparation and consolidation of Geidea’s quarterly strategic plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Drive execution of the Egypt business plan in line with strategic objectives and financial targets.
  • Oversee the execution and launch of banking projects, ensuring full compliance with Central Bank of Egypt regulations in coordination with acquiring banks.
  • Lead the execution of strategic projects across both CP and CNP channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improvements related to business
  • Engage in commercial negotiations with strategic partners to secure beneficial agreements and long-term collaboration


Requirements

  • 2-5 years’ experience in a Commercial Project management, Business Development or relevant role in Banking or Fintech’s.
  • Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Economics or Business Administration or relevant
  • Experience with Fintech or Banking is Preferred
