Consumer Strategic Planning Officer

Core Responsibilities:


-Develop and execute short, medium and long-term growth strategies.

-Provide oversight and problem-solving on business-critical issues, enabling faster decision-making and removing roadblocks.

-Develop executive-level presentations, business reviews, and strategic reports for senior leadership.

-Drive the planning of the retail banking roadmap, including transformation, digital initiatives, and customer engagement strategies.

-Continuousl y monitor market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to shape business direction.


Requirements


-From 0 to 7years of experience in relevant product.

-Strong communication skills in different areas (Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)

-Critical thinking, ability to find new solutions
