Corporate Senior Relationship Manager / Corporate Relationship Manager

Job Duties:-

Check Credit Proposal Memos “CPM’s” that present the proposed Facility Package and the associated Terms and Conditions.

  • Contact the targeted clients and attend business meetings.
  • Review and concur Marketing Call Memos addressing Division / Department Heads.
  • Collect the necessary documents for brief study.
  • Check the Executive summary to obtain in principle approval.
  • Collect all Legal, Financial and Technical documents sufficient for conducting a proper Due Diligence on the targeted client.
  • Follow up with Credit Analysis & Underwriting Department until complete revision and the issuance of Risk Recommendation.
  • Follow up the implementation of the CPM (Credit Proposal Memos) till the assets are booked including fulfillment of all requested documents.
  • Ensure the marketability of all ALEXBANK’s products & services including Loans/Contingent Business as well as Retail Products.
  • Attend calls to the existing clients on quarterly basis.
  • Conduct regular accounts follow up assisted by periodical reports prepared by credit officers, analysts and/or assistants to avoid the manifestation of past dues, excesses and the breach of terms and conditions of approved facilities.
  • Check Credit Proposal Memos and ensuring that they are designed with the appropriate facility package and to ensure all credit risks are addressed in the CPM (Credit Proposal Memos).
  • Check interim reviews regarding contracts financing, special transactions and amendments in facility’s original Terms and Conditions.
  • Address any deviation of approved package or any risks emerged before conducting the regular annual review.
  • Ensure that ALEXBANK is well positioned with each client in terms of competitive facility structure and offering all range of services.
  • Ensure that when originally designing the facility package and upon annual reviewal that terms & conditions provided to clients are in compliance with ALEXBANK's credit policy, strategy guidelines as well as CBE regulations.
  • Review reports required by Division / Department Heads.
  • Review Internal Outgoing Memos, Letters addressed to Corporate Clients, Financial and Legal Institutions.
  • Ensure that the Annual Reviews are submitted on time and does not exceed the identified expiry threshold (as per the yearly agreed % ) and to ensure that the proposals are completed


Qualifications:-

  • 5-10 Years of Experience
  • Credit Certified.
  • Client's care focused, solution oriented, Excellent communication and negotiation skills, sense of dialogue, ability to relate to people at all levels
  • Excellent knowledge of payments and liquidity management corporate practices
  • Excellent knowledge of the bank's procedures in account management and payment services
  • Excellent knowledge of Projects management
  • Marketing skills
  • Analytical skills, able to offer tailored solutions
