Key Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Design and execute Marketing Activation Calendars, Brand plans and promotional activities.
  • Manage the Category and Brand portfolio.
  • Develop communication plans and assets, ensure effective and efficient investment of media plans, and control A&M budget.
  • Lead brand analysis / diagnosis as well as insights generation with Insights Manager and present findings on quarterly basis
  • Manage A&M spending to be in line with AOP, through budgeting and monthly tracking within the overall budget plan set by the development team
  • Effectively collaborate with other functions and stakeholders both internally & externally
  • Prepare creative & media agency briefs, evaluate agency proposals.
  • Coordinate any needed pack changes for ingredient list declarations with the involvement and support of Regulatory Affairs.
  • Leads on Pricing Strategy.
  • Assess and evaluate the market opportunity for Brand portfolio, and accordingly grow the business size in terms of gaining share and adding new products to portfolio.
  • Handle the forecasting of the brand portfolio, manage the distribution plan for the SKUs with the Sales team.
  • Monitor media reviews and media audits.

Experience

  • Min 5-6 years of marketing experience (in a FMCG company).

Skills/Qualifications

  • Excellent project management skills covering product & process development within FMCG environment.
  • Experience with business processes: marketing budgeting, conducting marketing and advertising activities, planning of sales, budget control, brand/product launches.
  • Experience with Customer Agreements and collaboration with trade marketing and business development.
  • Experience with handling imported products portfolios, and the relevant forecasting and logistics details.
  • P&L understanding.
