Liabilities Product Manager

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Assist in defining and assessing business needs
  • Assist in designing new products / programs to support the bank's strategic direction of market penetration and acquisition
  • Assist in defining business strategies and plans for new and existing products/ programs; creating a blueprint of the product / program (proposal, policies, procedures, business case, etc.)
  • Assist in producing material, handling technology integration and testing procedural documentation, marketing and promotional material, etc.
  • Assist in supporting product / program: after launch managing and fine-tuning program/ product to exceed expectations
  • Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities to recommend changes to products or services / features to fulfill and suit customer needs and preferences, and in accordance with business requirements and in reaction to a new legislation, Central Bank regulations, and market requirements
  • Assist in enhancing existing products / programs by maintaining contacts / liaison with different departments / units to contribute to fine-tuning;
  • Operational procedures, in liaison with Customer Operation Department and Call Center
  • Product features / functions in liaison with Product Manager
  • Analise data, market share to identify, acquire and retain new customers
  • Conduct market intelligence, identify and analyses market opportunities, understand market opportunities, understand market dynamics, stay abreast of competitors' product offering and activities
  • Assist in monitoring reported product sales, customer feedback/ complaints and the recommendations given by the department team
  • Assist in performing product demos to delivery channels
  • Assist in ensuring staff awareness and adherence to the bank’s code of conduct, internal related policies and procedures, CBE regulations, Banking law and secrecy law.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • University/College Degree.
  • 8+ Years of experience preferably in multinational/banking background.

  • Computer Skills of PC, Word, & Excel.
